The essential first step is for you to sign the Points of Contact Application for Representation. Once that is done, your Point Person will tell you about the next steps.

If you don’t have a Point Person (or you’re not sure whether you do or not), but you were sent to this page by someone from Points of Contact (POC, as we often refer to it) with instructions to sign, then go ahead, and we will get in touch with you soon after about your Point Person. It costs nothing to join POC as a single, and you can leave at any time.

If you have been a POC single for a while now, you still need to fill out and sign the online application at the link above to continue being represented by your Point Person. This is so even if you have signed a similar application on paper in the past.

If you have heard of Points of Contact and are interested in being represented, but have not yet been in contact with anyone from POC, please DO NOT fill out and sign the application just yet. Unsolicited application forms from unknown persons are discarded without notice, so you will need to sign again once you have been in touch with us and have been approved. Instead, write to us at pointsofcontacthelp@gmail.com, so we can give you more information about POC and learn more about you. It should soon be clear if there is a good “match” between you and POC, in which case we will assist you with finding a Point Person and instruct you at that time to return to this page and sign the application.
