Here is where old and new Point People (volunteer matchmakers) can sign the Points of Contact Application for Membership.

If you are an established Point Person, you need to fill out and sign this online application even if you have signed a similar application on paper in the past. We also urge you to take this opportunity to review the rules that all Point People are required to follow as you go through the application form.

If you are new to Points of Contact (or POC, as we often refer to it), welcome! We’re glad you’re here, and we wish you many years of happiness and success in our common effort. If you’ve come to this page, we assume that you have already been in touch with our Chairman and have been accepted by her as a Point Person. If so, the next essential step before moving ahead is to complete and sign the online application at the link above.

If you have heard of Points of Contact and are interested in becoming a Point Person, but you have not yet asked to become a member and been formally accepted, please DO NOT fill out and sign the application at this time. Unsolicited application forms from unknown persons are discarded without notice, so if you do apply and are accepted (subject to completing the online application form), you will just have to do it all over again.
